1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once processed, your order will be dispatched through our trusted courier partners.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We offer the following delivery options:

For Indian Orders (Domestic Shipping):

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

• Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (available at extra charge)

For International Orders:

• Delivery time: 10–15 business days

• International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination country and order weight.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, strikes, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

• Express shipping or international shipping fees are calculated during checkout.

• COD is currently not available.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and WhatsApp message with the tracking number and courier partner’s link. You can track your parcel in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure the shipping address, pin code, and contact number are entered correctly at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Delivery Attempt and Non-Delivery

Our courier partner will make 3 delivery attempts. If you are not available or reachable during these attempts, the product will be returned to us. Reshipping may be arranged upon customer request, subject to additional charges.

7. Packaging

All products are securely packed in bubble wrap and sturdy boxes to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We also offer gift wrapping options at no extra cost – simply mention your request at checkout.

8. Delays and Exceptions

We aim for timely deliveries but cannot be held liable for delays caused by:

• Weather disruptions

• Strikes or political unrest

• Customs clearance (international)

• Natural disasters or emergencies

In such cases, we will coordinate with the courier and keep you informed.

9. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept delivery and notify us immediately. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner and either reship your order or issue a refund, as per case-specific resolution.

10. International Duties & Taxes

Chameli Gems & Jewels is not responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or brokerage fees that may apply to international shipments. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

11. Shipping to Remote Areas

In rare cases, delivery to remote areas may take longer or incur additional fees. You will be notified in such situations before your order is shipped.

12. Order Confirmation & Status Updates

You will receive:

• Order Confirmation Email/WhatsApp after successful purchase

• Shipping Confirmation with tracking once dispatched

• Delivery Confirmation upon successful delivery

13. Change of Shipping Address

Shipping address changes can only be made within 6 hours of placing the order. Contact our support team immediately for assistance.
