At Chameli Gems & Jewels, each piece is crafted with care. We do not accept returns due to the handmade nature of our jewelry. However, we do offer replacements in the following cases:
If your item arrives damaged, broken, or with a manufacturing defect.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with images/videos of the issue.

Each stone is carefully chosen for its beauty, energy, and metaphysical properties. We do not use synthetic or lab-made stones unless clearly mentioned.
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please email or WhatsApp us with your order details. After 24 hours, the order enters production or dispatch stage, and cancellation may not be possible.
Orders are typically shipped within 24–48 hours. Delivery times are:

10–15 days for international orders

Yes! As soon as your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link via WhatsApp and email so you can monitor your parcel in real time. You can also track orders through our Order Tracking page.
Since our pieces are handcrafted and made to order, we request you to use our Ring Size Guide before placing the order. However, in case of a wrong size, we can assist with a size exchange on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us with your order ID and issue within 7 days of delivery.
Yes. All gemstones used in our jewelry are natural and genuine. Upon request, we can provide a basic authenticity certificate for select stones (additional cost may apply). For high-value stones, third-party lab certification can be arranged on request.
